Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Coating
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Batter
- ½ cup milk (or unsweetened plant-based milk)
- 1 large egg
Optional Garnishes
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower
- Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly.
- Cut into evenly sized florets.
2. Make the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In another bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat the Cauliflower
- Dip each floret into the wet mixture.
- Roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
4. Air Fry
