 Ingredients

🥦 Cauliflower

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

🌾 Coating

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

🥛 Batter

  • ½ cup milk (or unsweetened plant-based milk)
  • 1 large egg

🌿 Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly.
  • Cut into evenly sized florets.

2. Make the Batter

  • In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Coat the Cauliflower

  • Dip each floret into the wet mixture.
  • Roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  • Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.

4. Air Fry
